Trading Terms
Orders can be placed on-line or directly with one of our consultants.
Payment is by credit card or by EFT. Goods will be supplied within seven days of payment being received but usually between forty eight and seventy six hours from payment. If for any reason stock is not immediately available clients will be advised and given the option of a delayed delivery or an immediate refund.
Disclaimer–
Whilst Camera Warehouse will take every precaution to ensure that the website is up to date and accurate we will not be held responsible for any obvious errors in descriptions or pricing that may occur. We can also not guarantee that an item on the website will be in stock as there is a time delay between an order being placed and an item being removed from the site. Clients will be notified immediately if and item is not available or if there is a price adjustment and will be given the option of a refund.
Guarantees
All products purchased from Camera Warehouse enjoy the manufacturers guarantee. Second hand or demo models are guaranteed for a minimum period of six months from date of sale.
Delivery
Clients can choose to collect their purchase from one of our depots or to select the courier option at a fee. Courier is usually an overnight service in main centres and up to seventy six hour to outlying areas. Larger parcels will take twenty four hours longer as they will usually be sent by road transport.
